Steve Rackley is a venture builder and technology leader working at the intersection of product, talent and commercial delivery. As Co-Founder of James Chase, he helps organisations solve complex technical challenges, from product innovation and platform scaling through to building the teams needed to deliver it. His work is hands-on and outcome-driven, partnering with startups, scale-ups and enterprises to move quickly, execute with clarity and solve difficult problems. Alongside this, Steve co-founded Silicon Brighton and EVOLVE, bringing together founders, operators and investors to strengthen the South Coast tech ecosystem and create meaningful connections across the industry.
